Baby Blue on Dark Days

Most of you who follow my blog for a while now know that I love my dark outfits especially on dark days. Recently I wanted to do something different by sporting a baby blue look. In the beginning I was a little worried that I might not feel so comfortable in these colors even though they aren't extremely bright. Personally I think that Feeling comfortable in my outfit is one of the most important things when it comes to making an outfit look good and feeling good in it throughout the day. It actually turned out that I felt amazing and comfortable and resulted in doing it more often. I also loved the combination of baby blue with black and gray tones like in the boots you can see in the photos.

Also when I was writing this blog post and wanted to list all the outfit details below like always. I noticed that the baby blue scarf from Zara is made from Angora. Just as the rest of the world I recently came to discover the cruelty that is being done to the Angora rabbit. Somehow I didn't know this scarf was made from Angora until I saw it on the Zara website. I will definitely not recommend purchasing this scarf, there are lots of other baby blue scarfs which are not made from Angora. And I'll make sure to return this scarf to Zara today.

Now to a whole other subject. Tonight is Christmas eve and we're going to spend a cozy night at my sister's place with the family. I'm very much looking forward to these days, spending loads of time with my loved ones and of course eat yummy food. Hope you have the best days sweeties! A
